Bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise bin ich selber vor Ort oder lasse mich von einer Nachbarin vertreten. Vor und während des Aufenthalts bin ich telefonisch erreichbar.
Die Wohnung wurde 2022 innen und aussen renoviert, isoliert und wird jetzt mit Erdwärme beheizt.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder mit Schlüssel in der Siedlung. Lift vorhanden.
Am Strand hat es 4 Bars, Anlagen für Wind- und Kitesurf und Volleyball, links und rechts davon liegen grosse freie Strandzonen. Bäckerei, Kiosk und Lebensmittelladen um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist im Hochsommer (Ende Juni bis Mitte August) geeignet für Menschen, die gern etwas Betrieb am Strand haben.
In den übrigen Monaten eignet sich die Wohnung für Menschen, die gern ihre Ruhe haben und der Natur nah sein möchten: Vögel, Wellen, Wind (die berühmte Bora).
All’arrivo e alla partenza sono presente in loco personalmente o mi faccio sostituire da una vicina. Sono raggiungibile telefonicamente prima e durante il soggiorno.
L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato all’interno e all’esterno nel 2022, isolato e ora riscaldato con energia geotermica.
Posti auto di fronte alla casa o con chiave nella proprietà. Ascensore disponibile.
Sulla spiaggia ci sono 4 bar, strutture per il wind- e kitesurf e la pallavolo, a sinistra e a destra ci sono ampie zone di spiaggia libera. Panificio, chiosco e negozio di alimentari dietro l’angolo.
L’appartamento è adatto in piena estate (da fine giugno a metà agosto) per chi ama un po‘ di attività in spiaggia.
Negli altri mesi, l’appartamento è adatto a chi ama la pace e la vicinanza alla natura: Uccelli, onde, vento (la famosa Bora).
On arrival and departure, I am on site myself or have a neighbour stand in for me. I can be reached by phone before and during the stay.

The flat is suitable in high summer (end of June to mid-August) for people who like a bit of activity on the beach.
In the other months, the flat is suitable for people who like to have their peace and be close to nature: Birds, waves, wind (the famous Bora).
A l’arrivée et au départ, je suis moi-même sur place ou je me fais remplacer par une voisine. Je suis joignable par téléphone avant et pendant le séjour.
L’appartement a été rénové à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur en 2022, il a été isolé et est maintenant chauffé par géothermie.

En plein été (de fin juin à mi-août), l’appartement convient aux personnes qui aiment avoir du monde sur la plage.
Le reste de l’année, l’appartement convient aux personnes qui aiment être au calme et proches de la nature : Les oiseaux, les vagues, le vent (la fameuse Bora).
